二、Application range of the machine：
The machine is suitable for soft grinding and hard grinding 12.7～70 mm steel balls. The machine is with high cutting efficiency. It is realized one worker can watch many sets at same time.

三.Machine  features:                                                                                                                      1) Horizontal structure and circulation processing is adopted in the machine.                           2）Closing frame foundry structure is adopted in the main unit. Ii is with good rigidity and high precision and good holding.
3) Incline ball feeder is adopted in the machine.Frequency conversion stepless regulation is used in the ball feeder.                                                                                                               4) The ball feeder is connected with tailstock by adjusting gemel. it is convenience to adjust.
5)Stationary plate is moving adding pressure,Hydraulic driving adding pressure is adopted in the oil cylinder,accumulator keeping the pressure, it is stable and credible.
6) There are three gear speeds in main spindle. it is controlled by three speeds motor.
7）There is no gear transmission in the main gear box, minish the vibration and noise.            8)Guide pole of tailstock adopted minisize oil pump lubrication system. It is safe and credible.
9)Automatic grinding wheel dressing device is installed in the machine. During grinding wheel working, it can automatic dressing the grinding wheel at any time, let the grinding wheel in the best working state all along, increased the machine's efficiency greatly.
10)  Ball inlet is with cushioning function to avoid damage the ball feeder                                11)Electrical system is controlled by PC.
