二、Application range of the machine：
 The machine is a special machine in bearing factories and steel ball factories for lapping or finish lapping diameter 2mm-12.7mm steel balls after hard grinding. The steel ball's precision can reach to G10-G5 grades after lapping processing.
三、Machine features：
1）Eccentrical adding pressure is adopted in the machine, ensure steel balls between two plates loading equality after exactly calculate.
2）Vertical type ball feeder and speed regulation transducer are used in the machine, it is stable and credible.
3）A.C. motor is used in the main transmission，speed stepless regulation transducer, many kinds of  rotating speeds can be chosen for lower lapping plates,  in order to meet process different specification steel balls and many technical parameter requirements.
4）Control box hung above right of the machine up the electrical cabinet，there are rotating speed meter of lower lapping plate and rotaing speed meter of ball feeder on control panel. Pressure meter in front of oil cylinder displays working pressure, it is straight and convenient.
5）It is designed according to process small steel balls in ball feeder conjunction with rotating plate place.
6）The machine can be used to process with constant pressure according to technical  requirement.
7）PC control is used in the electrical system
