| 二、Application range of the machine： The machine is suitable for fine lapping and super fine lapping Φ3～12.7mm steel balls after hard grinding in bearing factories and steel ball factories. The processing precision can reach G10-G5. |

三、Machine features：
1）Horizontal structure and circulation processing is adopted in the machine. 2）Low gravity L model structure is designed in the main unit, it is high intensity and good rigidity. 3）Headstock moving of main spindle is draving by hydraulic and oriented by roll linear guideway. 4）Adding pressure is separated wiht sliding organ. 5）Import bearing is used in main spindle bearing. 6）Rotating plate radial jump and end jump is controlled within 0.008mm. 7）Oil splash lubrication is adopted in the main spindle bearing. 8 ) Frequency conversion stepless regulation is adopted in rotation of main spindle and ball feeder. 9）Electrical system is controlled by PC, ball pile switch is set in the ball inlet. 10）Stop protection device is set in the main spindle. 11）Resin grinding wheel can be used to grinding instead of lapping. |
