二、Application range of the machine： The machine is suitable for fine lapping and super fine lapping 12.7～70mm steel balls after hard grinding in bearing factories and steel ball factories.
三、Machine features： 1）Horizontal structure and circulation processing is adopted in the machine. It is suitable for finish machining medium and big size steel balls. 2) Flat ball feeder is adopted in the machine.

3) Frequency conversion stepless regulation is adopted in rotation of main spindle and ball feeder.
4) There is protection board in the ball feeder, it is in the ball inlet and outlet place to avoid ball surface damage.

5) Rotating plate is moving adding pressure, open hydraulic driving adding pressure is adopted to ensure working pressure stability.

   6) Machine bed guideway is linear moving guideway, it can ensure the machine's precision.
   7） Ball inlet is with cushioning function to avoid damage the ball feeder.
   8）Oil splash lubrication is adopted in the main spindle  bearing. Three sets bearings are adopted in the main spindle support. The main spindle bears end strength and radial strength is beared by two sets bearings respectively.
   9）Electrical system is controlled by PC.
